Renegade
When Geoff and Kin Basher first moved to Motunua in 1983 it was for the lifestyles- and for the opportunity to take over uncle John Basher's fishing licence and cray boat.
In 2000 Geoff and Kim built their first joint charter/ cray fishing boat. Navigator is a 12m aluminium Hamilton water jet-powered vessel built by Q-West in Whanganui.
With this vessel they opened up the opportunities to extend the fishing season into the summer by offering fishing and dive charters to locals and visiting cantabrains.
